Third-Party Tools & Software

We may integrate or utilize third-party software or platforms including, but not limited to:

  • Google Analytics / Tag Manager
  • Facebook Ads Manager
  • WordPress / CMS themes
  • SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz
  • Marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo)
  • Web builder platforms (e.g., Webflow, Wix)

Client Responsibility: Some services may require you to maintain an active subscription or account. We will guide you through setup and access requirements during onboarding.

Templates, Themes, & Code Libraries

For efficiency and consistency, we may use:

  • Website templates or UI kits
  • CSS/JS frameworks and libraries (e.g., Bootstrap, TailwindCSS)
  • Code snippets and licensed modules

These are either:

  • Open-source and used under proper licensing (MIT, GPL, etc.)
  • Commercially licensed to Build & Bloom or the client, as outlined in your project agreement

Stock Photos, Fonts & Media Assets

Stock content may be sourced from platforms such as:

  • Adobe Stock
  • Pexels
  • Unsplash
  • Envato Elements
  • Google Fonts / Adobe Fonts

Licensing models vary. We ensure legal use by:

  • Using royalty-free or properly licensed content
  • Transferring extended or commercial licenses to the client when required
  • Advising clients of any recurring licensing costs or usage limitations

License Transfers & Ownership

Upon full payment, we may transfer or assign licenses purchased on your behalf, if permitted by the provider. Some licenses are non-transferable and require you to maintain your own account or subscription.
